Nutmeg

Sri Lankan nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is a prized spice native to Sri Lanka’s tropical forests, known for its warm, sweet, and slightly nutty flavor. Harvested fromthe seeds of the nutmeg tree, this spice adds a distinctive aroma and taste to a widevariety of culinary and medicinal applications. Carefully handpicked and sun-dried, Sri Lankan nutmeg retains its rich essential oils, making it a popular choice for chefs, herbalists, and spice lovers

Clove

Sri Lankan clove (Syzygium aromaticum) is a premium, aromatic spice cultivatedinthe lush central hills of Sri Lanka. Known for its rich flavor, high oil content, anddeep brown color, Sri Lankan clove is considered among the best in the world. Harvested by hand and sun-dried to preserve its potency, this spice is widely usedinculinary, medicinal, and aromatic applications.

Mace

Sri Lankan mace is the vibrant, reddish-orange aril (lacy covering) that surrounds theseed of the nutmeg fruit (Myristica fragrans). Known for its warm, delicate, andslightly sweet flavor, mace from Sri Lanka is prized worldwide for its superior aromaand culinary versatility.

Hand-harvested and carefully dried, Sri Lankan mace offers a refined spice that enhances both traditional and modern recipes with subtle warmth and complexity.

Ceylon Cinnamon

Sri Lankan cinnamon, also known as Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomumverum), is globally celebrated for its delicate sweetness, refined aroma, and exceptional purity. Sourced from the lush plantations of Sri Lanka—home to the original and finest variety of cinnamon—this golden-brown spice is hand-rolled into smooth, thin quills and sun-dried using traditional methods passed down through generations.

 

Unlike cassia cinnamon, Sri Lankan cinnamon contains very low levels of coumarin, making it the safest and healthiest choice for daily consumption.

Pepper

Sri Lankan pepper (Piper nigrum), also known as Ceylon pepper, is among the most aromatic and flavorful black peppers in the world. Ceylon Pepper Oil
